Seasonal
Christmas and Halloween or other seasons, there's always something to do.

Making Window Boxes
I’ve always loved the look of window boxes. I think they are really beautiful. Our house doesn’t lend itself to having window boxes, there is really only one window that would make sense, but one would look odd, plus I like symmetry. A lady contacted Jim to build her four window boxes, so I will have to live vicariously through her. Here is the picture she sent along to us.

Outdoor Christmas Lights
I gotta say even though Christmas is only a few weeks away, it doesn’t feel like it. Could be we haven’t seen any snow yet. We decided while the temperatures are still decent we would put up our outdoor lights.

More folding bench/picnic tables
On Monday morning we got a call from the store that sells our folding bench/picnic tables to tell us they sold the last one and could we bring another.

Finishing our cleanup.
We didn’t waste any time getting back to operation cleanup!! The next morning we headed out and first up was loading the newly re-built wood bin with the pile of maple firewood we picked up for free in Guysborough. We had to cut and split them. I just set aside any that were too large and they would be split smaller later.

Clearing snow at Kathryn’s
Plenty of snow fell in the region on Feb 08. After clearing our own driveway we drove over to Kathryn’s to clear out her lot as well.
