Weeping tile keeps your basement dry
Most folks don’t concern themselves with the weeping tile that surrounds their basement foundation. Its only when the basement starts to let water in that most folks find out its not working, or, find out what weeping tile is and does. Planter box moisture damage.
Its rotten thing that water can do when it has no place to go. That deck beam is a triple pressure treated 2×10, so for sure that outside board is going to have to come off. The water damage was much more extensive that first thought.
