Goshen Community Center renovation
The hallway to the bathroom needed to be fixed, along with the bathrooms themselves. It took a few days to get it all done.

Move the washer and dryer downstairs
Well, we’ve been in our brand new house for about 2-1/2 years now. The dear wife says its time to remodel. 😮

Complete bathroom renovation part 4
Spent the day finishing installing the Durock cement board, installing most of the drywall except where the plumberneeds to work. I’ve been told that 1/2 plywood could have been used or “green board” (moisture resistant drywall). I opted to use the Durock.

Removed the tub and framing. Patched the hole where the tub drain went through the floor.

With the new stud wall up, we can see the 24 inches of space that will be gained in the bathroom.

Complete bathroom renovation
A client recently bought a new home (built in 1982) and the bathroom is very small. So they are pushing out the tub 24 inches into the adjacent room. They called upon us for a review and an estimate. We discussed the project, reviewed the reno work involved and I gave them an estimate.

Basement bathroom
This is a project that will take a while to do since I will be working at it as I get time. I don’t have far to travel since its in my basement. 🙂 Of course, house reno’s tend to stretch out too because I keep saying, I’ll get to it.

Ensuite Bathroom Quick Remodel
A friend asked if I could help her with changing the sliding glass doors in her ensuite bathroom. Once I got there, she decided to also change out the vinyl flooring and install a new toilet. We managed to complete everything in a day and it looks gret. Below are before and after pictures.

Corner shelf unit
This unit stands 60 inches tall and 14 inches out from either corner based on the top shelf. This one made from MDF and painted with 3 coats latex paint. Routered trim on the shelves and vertical pieces for accent detail.

Bathroom cabinet
This unit stands 72 inches tall and 22 inches wide and 14 inches deep. The upper and lower cabinets detach for easy transport. This one is made from MDF and surprisingly heavy. Painted with 3 coats latex paint.
