Homemade crispy bagels
There’s plenty of bagel recipes to be found online. And there are plenty of instructional videos on how to bake them. This video is short and sweet, just the basics of what needs to be done once the dough is made.
I divide the dough pieces in 115g and round them to shape. Let them rest for 30 minutes and then shape them into rings using either the pinch or poke method. The video shows how to do both. When I do start the shaping, that is when I turn on the oven and the water for boiling. Next up, boiling the rings and finally into the oven. Delicious every time.
