Baking with blueberries.
If you remember, we picked blueberries a few weeks ago.
And right away we baked blueberry muffins.
We also found a blueberry loaf recipe on pinterest called Country Blueberry Fritter Loaf and decided to give it a try.
The recipe calls for a glaze on the top but we opted to leave it off. There is a layer of brown sugar/cinnamon in the middle and on top already. Figured that would be sweet enough.
It was so good it was all gone in 3 days and we just took another one out of the oven a few minutes ago.
Gonna have good snacks tonight with a cup of tea.
