building our Maple Leaf chair

We designed our Maritime Maple Leaf chair to be built from one sheet of 3/4 inch plywood. I decided to do this mostly to show that you can build a chair from a sheet of plywood, and be creative at the same time.

The plans we created (Maritime Collection at https://woodworkersworkshop.com) also show how to cut many of the parts from standard lumber. Even though with CAD software, nothing beats a real build, and I did learn a few things along the way so the plan will be adjusted accordingly in the coming days.

Here are some more pictures showing where to place screws. Depending on the wood you are using you might want to use longer screws and/or different placement.
