Sweet treats for the deer

Momma and her two babies swung by today to snack on some apples that had fallen on the ground. Every time they come, I try to get out and sit on the grounds somewhere just within sight, and as close as I dare.

Today was fun we got to spend a good 20 minutes watching them on the lawn. Sometimes the little ones would fight over the apples. Cute to see. Momma, always attentive, was surely enjoying the apples too. The apples must have been good and cold as it dropped down to -3º C last night!
