Today we tried this recipe from Tasteofhome.com Based on what we had in the cupboard, a few changes were made. It still turned out really good!
Changes we made:
- Instead of 2 pounds of beef, we only had a little over 1 lb.
- Instead of 1 – 15 oz can of tomato sauce, we only had a 28oz can of diced tomatoes (spice and herb)
Everything else we followed the same. 8hrs in the slow cooker and it turned out delicious. A little sweet and a little sour.
