Attaching your scroll saw blade

Looking for opinions on scrollsaw machines, in particular, your opinions on what blade mounting system you prefer (and why) for working with small blades #3 or smaller. Anybody?

I’ve had this scrollsaw for almost 20 years. Its served me well. It has its limitations and I recognize them and work around them. In particular, the blade attachment system has its limits. And always results in twisted blade ends like I show below. What saw do you use and what has been your experiences?
