Today’s muffin… apple orange chocolate chip

I started out making a batter for some apple raisin muffins but changed it up just as I was starting. Opting to make an orange chocolate chip, using the apple muffin recipe. All is not what it seems 🙂

I was sailing along, adding my ingredients and got to the stage where I was to combine the wet and dry ingredients.

All got blended together, and I hauled out the muffins pans, ready to scoop.

Oven ready, in they go for 20 mins at 350F.  With one minute left on the clock I found this…

Oh my… I forgot to add the block of margarine!! Well, clearly too late now. We’ll have to see what happens and how the texture is once the muffins have cooled down. I’m guessing they won’t be as moist as they were the last time I made these.
