Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake
I had bought a liter of buttermilk but forgot what I was going to use it for so I went looking for some sweet recipes to make use of it. This blueberry buttermilk coffee cake is one of 4 I chose to use up the 1 liter.
Now doesn’t this look delishus? 🙂 I found this recipe online. It had all the ingredients I look for in a good dessert:
- it looks good
- it sounds good
- its easy to make
- I have all the ingredients to make it RIGHT NOW 🙂
The wet ingredients I mixed together earlier. The next step is to mix in equal parts dry ingredients (in the small dish to the left) with the wet ingredients (buttermilk). Then add the berries. Then scoop into a 9×13 dish. Then cover with white streusel topping (in large bowl on to the right). Then bake for 55 min at 350 F.
