This is an area of the basement that was not shown before. The door just to the left almost out of site is the basement bathroom and the door to the right leads to a spare bedroom.

There was a large bulkhead in this room that caused a few headaches along the way. The large door to the right is access to the furnace and air exchanger. If I had my time back I would have trimmed out the closet bifold doors to match a bit better.

And the laundry room too… this room will get storage in the future. For now, the walls, floor and ceiling are done. And the line is up for winter clothes drying. We bought a dryer but don’t use it. We feature a detail how-to for doing your own frosted glass and lettering here.

Even the under stairs got some attention for storage of paints and renovation materials.
