🙁 Amazon deactivated our listings without warning on Thu Apr 13. While we understand compliance is priority, there are times when there is a valid reason (weather related delays). It is confusing that Amazon’s automated software only acted on the concern several weeks afterward.
They sent along with the notice of deactivation that only with continued sales improvement will the account be activated again. For the period in concern, the several weeks afterwards we provided our top shipping service. Amazon’s software should of seen that. Even if their software highlights the concern to a real human, that person should of seen the unusual shipping circumstances and contacted the merchant first before deactivating its listings. Amazon’s flow of logic in this matter is severally flawed.
