Banana pudding cookie dough

The flavour sneeks up on you after you have taken a bite. When teh recipe calls for vanilla pudding powder and all you have is banana pudding powder? Improvise!

Its  a simple substitution really.  And as with any cookie recipe, a lot of the success from baking a cookie is creaming the sugar(s) and butter (or cold margarine or shortening).  Easy to make, bakes in about 12 minutes. Delicious.

Next time maybe I’ll add in some peanut butter 🙂
