After installing, the customer wished to have the corner unit redesigned to house books for sale. So back to the workshop for this part of the display.

 

 

 

Here I careful cut away a portion of the cabinet. The space will be filled in with adjustable shelves.

I then had to make filler panels.

So, the mitered pieces are installed and a filler piece made from the cut away part, fills the inside corner. I simply took the cut away part and cut a long strip off each side, then slide the corner piece back in place.

I then took those two long pieces that were cut off, and used them and the new shelf supports. Lots of holes to be routed.

Now those shelf supports are in place.
